This diploma thesis aims to analyze and evaluate the current financial situation of XYZ, s.r.o., using selected methods of strategic and financial analysis. In the years 2010 - 2015. The first part contains the theoretical knowledge for the studied area. In the practical part is performed external, internal and financial analysis of the selected enterprise. Based on the findings of these analyzes, suggestions and recommendations are made to improve the company's situation.

There are described methods in theoretical part, which are going to be used for determination of financial prosperity. In analytical part shown methods will be aplicated on information gathered from accounting documents for evaluation of its curent situation. According the calculations there are going to be recomendations for improvement.
